I thought it was just me having issues. Every time I went to create a Skype for Business meeting the button seems to be missing from Outlook.
How to restore the icon
- Click File to get Account Information in Outlook
- Click Options from the menu along the left-hand side.
- Choose Add-Ins from the column on the left of the Outlook Options window that pops-up.
- Along the bottom next to “Manage” the drop down needs to have “COM Add-Ins” selected.

The next time you start Outlook you may get a pop warning “ADD-IN PROBLEM” A problem was detected with an add-in and it has been disabled.
